+ Présentation :

| |
Total condensation equipment makes use of an innovative design, and consists of modular exchangers with integrated compartments made entirely of GRAPHILOR 3.
| |
| |
The exchange module is composed of exchange tubes assembled on a system of tubular plates and baffles. The assembly is made of GRAPHILOR 3. The tubes and tubular plates form a uniform joint-free assembly, providing a perfect separation between the exhaust gases circuit outside the tubes, and the cooling fluid circuit inside the tubes.
Despite the efficiency of dedusting systems, a certain quantity of dust is transported by the exhaust gases that enter into the exchanger. This dust gradually builds up on the tubes, thus reducing the heat exchange efficiency. This deposit may easily be removed by periodic scrubbing.
CARBONE LORRAINE has designed scrubbing modules for this purpose which comprise manifolds equipped with spraying nozzles through which the washing liquid can be injected into the exhaust gas circuit at pressure, instead of exchange tubes.
The GRAPHILOR side walls forming the compartment are assembled in the same way on the tubular plates of each module. They form the outside skin of the exchanger.
Cooling fluid inlet and outlet pipes are attached to the tubular plates.

+ Options
| |
- This type of equipment can treat gas at inlet temperatures of up to 3 000C.
- The volumes of gas treated can reach 120 000 Nm3/H.
- The number and position of scrubbing manifolds depends on the cleanliness of the gases to be treated (dust quantities in mg/Nm3/h). Contents of up to 100 mg/Nm3/h are acceptable.
| |
+ Advantages
| |
- The equipment is entirely made of GRAPHILOR 3 and resists the worst types of corrosion.
- Pressure losses in the treated gas are small, and pollutants that can be absorbed in water at the condensation temperatures considered are cleaned from the gases.
